💬 Why Counselling?

We all face challenges at times , whether it’s anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or adjusting to life changes. It’s not always easy to open up to those closest to us, especially if they’re part of the issue.

Counselling offers a safe, confidential space to talk things through with someone who’s trained to listen without judgment. Together, we can explore how you’re feeling, what’s holding you back, and how to move forward.

🛋️ What Is Counselling Really About?

Counselling is many things — a private, non-judgmental space to talk freely, share your thoughts, or simply “vent your spleen,” as some say. It’s a space to be heard, not told what you should or shouldn’t be doing.

In our busy lives, it’s easy to lose touch with how we really feel. Counselling gives you time to focus on you, your hopes, fears, struggles, and needs, without pressure or judgment.

It’s about:

Talking openly and safely

Understanding what’s really going on inside

Rebuilding when life feels broken

Creating space and boundaries just for yourself

Sessions are 50 minutes of dedicated you time, whether short-term or longer-term, tailored to what you need, not the therapist’s agenda.

It’s about learning to understand yourself… and learning to be okay with who you are.
