Counselling is many things — a private, non-judgmental space to talk freely, share your thoughts, or simply “vent your spleen,” as some say. It’s a space to be heard, not told what you should or shouldn’t be doing.
In our busy lives, it’s easy to lose touch with how we really feel. Counselling gives you time to focus on you, your hopes, fears, struggles, and needs, without pressure or judgment.
It’s about:

• Understanding what’s really going on inside
• Rebuilding when life feels broken
• Creating space and boundaries just for yourself
Sessions are 50 minutes of dedicated you time, whether short-term or longer-term, tailored to what you need, not the therapist’s agenda.
It’s about learning to understand yourself… and learning to be okay with who you are.
